CANCELLATION POLICY

Some of our products may be available as subscriptions. Here’s how you can manage, adjust, or cancel your subscription:

Subscriptions

  • By starting a subscription, you agree to recurring charges for each scheduled delivery. Your payment method is stored securely and will be billed automatically at the start of each cycle.

  • You can pause, skip, update, or cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing date through your customer portal.

  • If changes are made after billing, they will take effect on the next order, as any order already in fulfillment cannot be canceled or modified.

  • To manage or cancel a subscription:
    • Log in directly to your customer account portal from our website, or
    • Click “Manage Subscription” in your order confirmation email which will prompt you to your customer account portal.
  • If you ordered as a guest, you’ll be prompted to create an account using your order email to access your customer account portal.

  • Once you’ve logged in to your customer account portal, navigate to the top and click “Manage Subscription” then follow the prompts to pause, skip, update, or cancel your subscription.

  • You can also view your past orders in the customer account portal or through the links in your order confirmation emails.
