Refund policy

Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns that don’t meet these requirements will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact us through our contact page or email us at hello@kobeirice.com. Include:

  • Your order number

  • The items you wish to return

  • The reason for return

Our team will review your request and provide next steps.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.


Refunds

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected. If approved, a refund for the purchase price will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 15 days of delivery with clear photos of both the product and the packaging. We’ll assess the situation and, if verified, provide a replacement or refund.

  • No need to return the damaged product unless requested by our team.

  • Returns that appear to be intentionally tampered with may be denied.


Lost Packages

If a shipment goes missing in transit, we’ll work with the carrier to investigate. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location, as once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unable to issue refunds.


Subscriptions

  • You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

  • Once your auto-payment is processed, the order immediately enters fulfillment and we are unable to cancel, modify, or refund it.

  • Unopened subscription orders may still be returned within 15 days of delivery, consistent with our standard Refund & Returns Policy.

  • Any changes made after payment will apply to the next scheduled order.


Policy Misuse

We reserve the right to deny any refund or return if we suspect misuse of our policy. Requests outside of the terms above will be reviewed and handled at the discretion of our team.
