SHIPPING POLICY

All orders ship from British Columbia, Canada.

Canada Orders:

Standard Delivery (2-7 business days): $8.99 CAD

FREE shipping on all orders over $80 CAD

US & International Orders:

At this time, KOBEI Rice ships only within Canada. We’re not yet able to fulfill orders to the United States or internationally, but our team is actively working on expanding our shipping network and looks forward to serving customers worldwide soon.

Address Accuracy & Re-Shipments

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, or if it is left unclaimed, we will work with the carrier to try and resolve the issue. Should the order need to be sent out again to reach its intended destination, an additional shipping fee will apply.
